All work is automatically backed up continuously at a secure online site via Mozy.  For regular clients and larger projects I use the CAT-tool WordFast (compatible with Trados, DéjàVu, Star Transit etc.) to ensure consistency.

I also have a complete language software package from WordFinder that improves language management and all levels of verbal and written communication, an extensive Reference Library of Dictionaries and Lexicons in a variety of subject matters.
